Within the Marsa Plaza, 212 stylish high-rise apartments,
encompassing studios, one, two and three bedroom suites,
will make up the InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai
Festival City. The suites are available on short-term
leases.
All rooms within the InterContinental Residence Suites,
Dubai Festival City are kitted out with top-of-the-line

Dubai Festival City and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival
City and signing it back to their InterContinental Residence
Suites accommodation.
